Refund, Return/ Exchange Overview
Our refund , returns and exchange policy is 30 days from receipt of your merchandise. After 30 days, there will no return of merchandise. Refunds will be given by credit to your account only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags.
Special order products cannot be returned. Vitamins and silicone sheets cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require that you submit a return request by going to “My Accounts” to begin the process.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account, within 24 hours of approval.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact us to check if we have received your return products.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Items may be exchanged by returning the item within 30 days.
